Judith Zaffirini, PhD., District 21
Dr. Judith Zaffirini has represented Texas Senate District 21 since 1987 and is the longest-serving woman in the history of the Texas Legislature. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been a steadfast advocate for education, healthcare, and policies that strengthen and protect Texas families. Senator Zaffirini has also supported initiatives that expand victim services and advance domestic violence prevention efforts across the state.
